Payment Terms
  • Advance Payment - Pre-payment. 
  • Escrow - Escrow generally refers to money held by a third-party on behalf of transacting parties. We generally do the Escrow on TBF or Icsource or Netcompnonents.
  • Net Terms are extended to established accounts, upon approval of credit application.
Payment Options
  • T/T - T/T wire transfer. A $30 wire fee charged by the banks will be added to all TT wire transfers invoices.
  • Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and China UnionPay.
  • Paypal - We accept Paypal payment when the sales money less than 1000. 
  • COD - domestic shipments only

Minimum Order

  • There is no minimum order limited, unless otherwise quoted.

Shipping

  • All orders are F.O.B Shenzhen or HongKong, CN unless otherwise quoted.
  • We can ship on your UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DHL account, as requested on PO. 
  • If customer don't have the account of the logistics, we can help to ship. For most countries, the ship time is less than 5 days. Especially, the ship time is 3 days for North America, EU, and Aisa.

Sales Tax

  • There is no sales tax will be charged unless you have a customs duties or VAT locally.

Quality

  • We only buys from the best and most reputable vendors in the business (OEMs, Franchised Distributors) .
  • All of RosyClouds vendors are carefully screened and given an ongoing performance analysis to determine their supplier rating.
  • All parts are brought in-house for RosyClouds quality inspection process prior to shipping to our customer.
  • QC report and digital photos of each part shipment are documented by our QC department.

Warranty

  • We stand behind our parts at RosyClouds. All parts carry a 90 days form, fit and function guarantee.

Returns and RMA (Return Material Authorization)

  • Permission for return of products must first be secured with the RosyClouds in writing and the RMA request must be received within our warranty period. Products returned without a Return Material Authorization form will not be accepted. All RMA's are conditional and are not final until the product is received and inspected by RosyClouds.
